Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Ezra Knight began his professional
career with The Living Stage Theatre Company in Washington, D.C., where he was
a company member for eight years.
Since then his work has taken him throughout the U.S. and
around the world. He is an actor who has performed onstage, on TV and in film.
He is also a commercial voice-over artist and narrator. He’s performed title
roles in Othello and Hamlet, as well as “Mufasa” in Disney’s The
Lion King at the Hafen Theater in Hamburg, Germany.
Ezra’s narration is heard most recently on two different “Instinct”
audiobooks by TD Jakes, and on the Weather Channel’s science series Secrets of
the Earth.
He had guest roles on The Blacklist, The
Following, and the Netflix original series Orange Is the New Black.
Ezra is in the midst of a successful theatrical run as
“Frank Baker” in the criticality acclaimed new play, Playing the Assassin.
He resides in Harlem. |
