Richard Ferrone is a former lawyer who became
an actor almost 40 years ago. He has appeared on and off-Broadway and in
theatres across the country. His TV appearances include Law & Order, Against the Law, Guiding Light and One Life to Live.
He became an immediate favorite of audiobook fans 24 years
ago with his first audiobook, a Western by Loren D. Estleman. Since then he has
recorded the work of many bestselling writers including Mario Puzo, Jonathan
Safran Foer, Dean Koontz, and Dashiell Hammett.
Although he has recorded nearly every genre from romance to
children’s stories to self-help books, he is best known for his mystery and
thriller recordings, especially those of John Sandford’s Prey novels and the
LaHaye/Jenkins’ Left Behind series.
He received an Audie for his work in 2003 and is married to
actor, Cynthia Darlow. |
